SPH launches new Department of Global, Environmental, and Occupational Health

New department replaces the Maryland Institute for Applied Environmental Health (MIAEH)

This fall, the School of Public Health will launch the new Department of Global, Environmental, and Occupational Health. The department will replace the Maryland Institute for Applied Environmental Health and expand upon it to add the new undergraduate major of global health. Three MPRC Faculty Associates, Devon Payne-Sturges, Robin Puett, and Sacoby Wilson, will be professors in the new department.
