Jessica Fish received the Editor's Choice award from Psychiatric Services for her study "Disparities in Mental Health Care Access Among Persons Differing in Sexual Identity: Nationally Representative Findings," which was republished in an LGBTQ+ mental health issue-themed issue of the journal.

Jennifer Roberts received the Editor's Choice award from the American Journal of Health Promotion, which placed her article, "The 'Natural' Accord of DuBois and Washington: An Environmentally Racialized Consciousness," on its Best of 2024 List of Health Promotion Researchers.
