Bio

Much of my research interests have focused on the economic and political determinants of inequality from the impact of outsourcing on wages to the impact of campaign finance laws on political support to the impact of Fox News on voting patterns. Some of my future projects include estimating the persistent impact of unions on inequality using random spatial variation from the late 1930s and estimating the impact of unions on voting patterns as well as legislator political positions.
